Dr. Jasmine Mumtaz Jahanara is a highly experienced and qualified Psychiatrist with more than 5 years of clinical experience. She received her MBBS from Vinayaka Missions Medical College, Pondicherry University, in 2010 and her MD in Psychiatry from Rajarajeshwari Medical College, Bangalore, in 2017. In addition, she received certification in Childhood Developmental Disorder and Community Based Rehabilitation from the Kerala University of Health Sciences in 2019 and BLS certification in 2022. She believes in a holistic approach to mental health that includes physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Dr. Jasmine gained extensive knowledge and experience while working at several prestigious Medical Colleges and Hospitals since 2010. She started her career at KMC Hospital, India in 2010 as a Causality Medical Officer and later on progressed to become a Consultant in 2017. She worked as an Assistant Professor in Psychiatry and Senior Resident in Psychiatry at KMCT Medical College and Hospital from 2018 onwards. She progressed as a Consultant Psychiatrist at KMC hospital in 2021. Dr. Jasmine began her career abroad in 2022 as a Specialist Psychiatrist at Jeddah National Hospital. Her passion is to utilize her skills to find the best possible treatments for her patients.
Dr. Jasmine has completed a Paper and Project titled “Lateral Medullary Syndrome: An Unusual Presentation” related to the Prevalence of Psychiatric Comorbidity in Patients with Functional Dyspepsia. She works hard to make her patients feel at ease and comfortable. She also provides the highest level of care and treatment to help patients achieve their goals.
