Dr. Girija Shivarudraiah

Dr. Girija Shivarudraiah is a highly accomplished Obstetrician and Gynecologist with over 26 years of experience in clinical practice, academics, and teaching. She has worked at leading hospitals in the UAE, Oman, and India. A Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRCOG, UK), she also holds several international certifications in fetal medicine and prenatal screening.

Throughout her career, Dr. Girija has been dedicated to advancing women’s health through expert management of high-risk pregnancies, maternal and fetal medicine. She also specialises in minimally invasive gynecological procedures. In addition, she has made significant contributions to postgraduate training, simulation-based education, and OSCE evaluations, helping shape the next generation of OBGYN professionals.

She has worked with reputed institutions such as NMC Specialty Hospital Dubai, Right Medical Center Sharjah, Sultan Qaboos University Hospital in Oman, RAK Hospital in the UAE, and Kasturba Medical College in India. Her dedication to excellence is evident through her research work, international presentations, and contributions to academic textbooks in obstetrics and gynecology.
