Dr. Nikila Prakasam

Dr. Nikila Prakasam is a highly experienced Obstetrician and Gynecologist. She specializes in women’s health care. She is dedicated to providing her patients with the highest quality care and services, specifically assisting them in understanding women’s health.  In 2012, she received her MBBS from Government Kilpauk Medical College in Tamil Nadu.  She acquired her MS-OG at Government Theni Medical College, Tamil Nadu in 2016 and her MRCOG at the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, United Kingdom in 2021.

Dr. Nikila Prakasam is well-versed in the nuances and complexities of this field. She amassed a wealth of knowledge while working in a number of prestigious institutions in India. She worked as a Consultant at Kavin Hospital in 2016 and Ramana Hospital in 2020. Dr. Nikila advanced to become a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah in January 2021. She provided antenatal and postnatal care, screening, evaluation & management of high-risk pregnancies, transvaginal follicular monitoring of infertility patients, and many other services during her practice.

Dr. Nikila is also very academically inclined. She conducted a live workshop on Colposcopy & CME on Cervical Cancer in 2015 and on Laparoscopy in 2016. She has presented various papers at National and State Conferences during her Post-Graduation. Furthermore, she is a strong advocate for empowering patient education to enable them to make informed decisions about their health.
