Obstetrician and Gynecologist
Dr. Sana Azeem is a DHA and MOH licensed Specialist Obstetrician and Gynecologist with over 15 years of clinical expertise in women’s wellness and reproductive sciences. She earned her MBBS from King George Medical College and her MD (OBGY) from L.L.R.M. Medical College, Chaudhary Charan Singh University in India. She also has an MBA in Healthcare Management from Singhania University, India. In addition, she holds a Professional Diploma in Aesthetic Gynecology from the International Society of Aesthetic Genital Surgery and the American Society of Cosmetic Physicians. She also had MTP training from Lucknow District Hospital in 2000.Dr. Sana provides a wide range of gynecological services, including emergency obstetrics and gynecology, infertility treatment, hysterectomies, menopause management, and more, showcasing her expertise in the field.
Dr. Sana Azeem began her career in 1999 as a Medical Officer in Medicine and Obstetrics at Northern Railway Hospital. In 2007, she was appointed as a Senior Resident at Era’s Medical College in Lucknow. Dr. Sana pursued as a Lecturer at Eras Lucknow Medical College in 2009. Afterward as an Assistant Professor at Muzaffarnagar Medical College. She served as an Attending Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Dr. D.K. Jain Memorial Hospital, Meerut in 2010. She then proceeded to work as a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Prem Hospital and IVF Center, Meerut in 2016. In the UAE, she embarked on her profession as a Full-time Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2021.
Dr. Sana Azeem was awarded the ‘Dr. Usha Sharma Gold Medal’ for Best Paper Presentation at the 17th Annual Conversion of the Uttar Pradesh Chapter of Obstetrics and Gynecology in November 2005. During her MD, she wrote a thesis titled “Buccal vs Vaginal Misoprostol for Cervical Ripening in Induction of Labour.” She was really engaged in education and incredibly knowledgeable. During her post-graduate studies, she was active in the teaching of undergrads and interns, as well as informal training sessions for trainee nurses. During her Senior Residency, she participated in undergraduate demonstrations and evening U.G. lecturing.
